What is Glow?

Three of the most clinically respected aesthetic and regenerative peptides, combined in one vial at clinically thoughtful ratios.

9 mg per mL

GHK-Cu — The Aesthetic Anchor

The copper peptide that supports collagen and elastin synthesis, skin remodeling, hair follicle health, and antioxidant activity. The most studied peptide for visible skin quality improvements. GHK-Cu is the foundation of the Glow protocol.

1.66 mg per mL

BPC-157 — Tissue Protection & Repair

Supports skin integrity and connective tissue, promotes angiogenesis for tissue nourishment, and calms localized inflammation. BPC-157 brings protective and repair effects that complement GHK-Cu's remodeling work.

3.33 mg per mL

TB-500 — Systemic Tissue Remodeling

Drives systemic tissue remodeling through cell migration and actin regulation. TB-500 ensures the benefits of this protocol extend throughout the body — not just to areas of injection — for comprehensive tissue support.

Glow vs. Solo GHK-Cu vs. Separate Vials

All three approaches use the same peptides. The difference is scope, flexibility, and simplicity.

What Patients Use Glow For

Glow is most popular among patients in their 30s, 40s, and 50s who want a comprehensive inside-out approach to skin quality and healthy aging.

Skin Firmness & Tone

Comprehensive approach to firmness, tone, and clarity — covering structural proteins and tissue remodeling

Hair Quality

Hair support alongside skin — GHK-Cu's follicle effects work alongside tissue repair for comprehensive hair health

Aesthetic Treatment Support

Inside-out complement to microneedling, RF, lasers, and chemical peels — supporting the remodeling and recovery phase

Tissue Resilience

BPC-157 and TB-500 support connective tissue and structural integrity — benefits extend beyond skin

Healthy Aging

A long-term investment in skin and tissue quality — addressing multiple pathways of aesthetic aging simultaneously

Simplified Protocol

Comprehensive aesthetic + recovery support in one weekly injection — for patients who value simplicity

Dosing Context

Glow is typically dosed once or twice weekly via subcutaneous injection. The combination ratios are clinically designed to deliver meaningful doses of all three peptides in a single, manageable injection volume.

Most patients run 8–12 week courses, which is when the aesthetic results from GHK-Cu's tissue remodeling become most apparent. Many continue Glow as part of an ongoing aesthetic protocol, cycling on and off throughout the year.

A popular strategy is to time Glow courses around in-office aesthetic treatments — beginning 2–4 weeks before a procedure and continuing through the recovery and remodeling phase for enhanced results.

What to Expect

Glow works through tissue remodeling — the changes are real and structural. You'll often feel the difference before you see it.

  • Weeks 1–3
    Skin starts feeling different

Skin often starts to feel smoother and better hydrated before visible changes appear. Sleep and recovery may also improve in this phase, thanks to the BPC-157 and TB-500 in the blend.

  • Weeks 3–6
    Visible changes emerge

Improved tone and clarity, a more even complexion, and often a softening of fine lines. Some patients notice improvements in hair quality and reduced shedding during this window.

  • Weeks 6–12
    Most pronounced results

Firmness, glow, and overall skin quality often improve meaningfully. Many patients report compliments from people who don't know they're on a protocol — the results become visible to others.

  • Beyond 12 weeks
    Ongoing aesthetic protocol

Many patients continue Glow as part of a long-term aesthetic regimen, often cycling on and off throughout the year — particularly around seasonal aesthetic procedures like microneedling or laser treatments.

Frequently Asked Questions

Should I choose Glow or solo GHK-Cu?
Solo GHK-Cu is focused specifically on skin and hair quality, with a slightly higher per-dose copper peptide concentration. Glow is broader — covering skin, hair, and tissue repair and recovery — making it a better fit for patients who want comprehensive aesthetic and regenerative support in one protocol. Your clinician will help you decide based on your goals.
Can I use Glow alongside in-office treatments?
Yes, and many clinicians recommend it. Glow supports the healing and remodeling phase of treatments like microneedling, RF, lasers, and chemical peels. Your clinician will advise on timing relative to specific procedures — many patients begin Glow 2–4 weeks before a planned treatment.
How is it administered?
Subcutaneous injection (just under the skin) using an ultra-fine insulin syringe. Most patients self-administer at home, typically once or twice per week. It's quick and well-tolerated.
Will I show up positive on a drug test?
BPC-157 and TB-500 are on the World Anti-Doping Agency's prohibited list. Competitive athletes subject to WADA testing should not use Glow. It is not typically screened for in employment drug tests.
Can I stack Glow with other peptides?
Yes. Common pairings include growth hormone peptides (CJC-1295/Ipamorelin or Sermorelin) for a more comprehensive anti-aging protocol, or NAD+ for cellular energy support. Your clinician will help you build a coherent stack.
Are there side effects?
Glow is generally well-tolerated. The most commonly reported effects are mild flushing shortly after injection, occasional minor injection site reactions, and slight tinting at the injection site from the copper that resolves quickly.
How does this compare to topical skincare?
Topical skincare delivers active ingredients to the skin surface — important and complementary. Injectable Glow delivers active peptides systemically, supporting skin and tissue from the inside throughout your body. Most patients use both: topicals for surface-level support, Glow for deeper structural changes.

Who Should Not Use Glow

Glow may not be appropriate for individuals who:

  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Have an active cancer diagnosis or recent history of cancer
  • Have copper metabolism disorders (e.g., Wilson's disease)
  • Are competitive athletes subject to WADA testing
  • Have specific contraindications identified during clinical evaluation

Your clinician will review your full health history during your consultation to determine candidacy.
