Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant or RN

Chatsworth or Santa Barbara · Active California licence required

Administer aesthetic injections with precision, working toward natural results
Perform laser, body contouring and skin tightening treatments
Consult with patients and build treatment plans around their goals
Work with the medical team so care stays joined up across services
Document accurately and hold to safety, hygiene and regulatory standards
Guide patients on aftercare and long-term maintenance
Keep current through training and professional development

Medical Assistant

Chatsworth or Santa Barbara

Support providers with patient intake, vitals and record keeping
Coordinate appointments, follow-ups and referrals
Keep treatment rooms stocked, clean and sterile
Handle patient information in line with privacy rules
Communicate clearly with patients in person and by phone

Reception and patient coordination

Chatsworth or Santa Barbara

Run the front desk: scheduling, check-in and phones
Keep the reception area welcoming and organised
Verify insurance and handle day-to-day billing tasks
Coordinate follow-ups and referrals with the clinical team
Handle patient information in line with privacy rules

Esthetician

Chatsworth or Santa Barbara · Board licensure required

Perform facial treatments and full-face and body waxing
Assess skin and recommend personalised routines and products
Educate patients on at-home care between visits
Keep treatment rooms clean, organised and compliant
Maintain licensure and take part in ongoing training
