Yes. Daxxify (daxibotulinumtoxinA-lanm) was FDA-approved in 2022 for moderate-to-severe glabellar lines and has demonstrated a strong safety profile in clinical trials and real-world practice. The most common side effects are temporary: mild headache, bruising at the injection site, and rare instances of eyelid drooping (ptosis) when administered by a trained injector.

At Naya Wellness, every Daxxify treatment is performed by a board-certified provider who reviews your medical history and contraindications. Daxxify is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for patients with certain neuromuscular disorders.

Most patients notice initial softening within 1–3 days, with full smoothing visible by day 7–14. Peak effect is typically observed around week 2 and maintained for up to 6 months.
